Our goal is to prioritize the people who have placed their trust in us, rather than spending that money on ads that may not always deliver the personal touch and connection we value.
Our promise to you is that whether or not you participate in our referral program, our commitment remains the same: to work tirelessly for you with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service. Our expertise and dedication are always at the heart of everything we do.
How Does Our Referral Program Work?
Referring a Friend or Family Member:
If you refer someone to us and they purchase a property, we will give you 5% of our commission on the day of the transaction as a thank you. A check will be issued to you at closing, providing a direct financial benefit.
For Our Past Clients and New Purchasers:
If you are a previous client or a new buyer purchasing through us, you will receive 5% of our commission at the closing — a token of our gratitude for your support and trust.
For Those Looking to Sell:
If you are considering selling your property, we also offer 5% of our commission at the closing as a gratuity. Instead of traditional gifts like baskets or other items—which we have loved giving—we recognize that cash can be more helpful for the expenses involved in moving, insurance, or other needs. This flexible reward allows you to use the funds in whatever way best suits your current circumstances.

How to Participate
Participation is simple! Just fill out our "Refer Us" list or click the "Buy with Us" tab on our website. We will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps and how we can assist you or your referrals.
Additionally, if you're considering selling your property:
Use the "Sell with Us" tab on our website to reach out to us. We will discuss your selling needs and provide a tailored plan.
When your property sells and the transaction closes, you will receive 5% of our commission as a gratuity. This payment is made directly at closing, providing you with flexible funds to cover moving expenses, insurance, or other needs.

Our referral program isn’t limited to local transactions. We can assist clients anywhere across Canada. If you’re planning a move to Calgary or another city, here’s how it works:
We will find a reputable realtor in the new city.
When that referral’s transaction closes, you will receive 5% of the commission we earn on that deal, paid directly to you at closing.
